Everyone gets angry. Many things may make you angry. For example, your teacher gives you too much homework, or your brother takes your CD away without asking. Sometimes you may get angry with yourself because you didn't pass a test. When things like these happen, you need to know what to do with your anger (愤怒). Here're some things you can do when you feel angry:
Talk to a friend you can trust (信任).
Count from one to ten again and again.
Get or give a hug.
Draw a picture of our anger.
Run around the outside of the house five times as fast as you can.
Sing along with the CD player.
Think of something good (maybe a fun holiday or your favourite food).
Take a bike ride, go skating, play basketball — do something active (积极的)!
Not all things in life can happen in the way you want, so never getting angry is impossible (不可能的). But when you're angry, you can do something to make things better. Don't lose yourself in anger.
