In China, the tnird week of May is National Nutrition Week (全民营养周). Healthy habits are very important to us. So what should we do?
First, we should have breakfast everyday. Breakfast is very important because we can get energy from it. If you don't have breakfast, you would get tired easily. It is good to have some milk, noodles, bread and an egg in the morning. We also need some fruit and vegetables. Keeping a balanced diet (均衡饮食) can make us healthier and stronger.
Next, we should do sports more often. It's good for work and study. Both adults and children can swim, run, skip, ride a bike or play ball games.
Then we should have enough sleep. Adults need 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Children need about 8-9 hours. A good sleep can make us energetic (有活力的) and happy.
