This summer my family went on a trip to Stockholm. 

Before the trip, we booked  hotel room in the city centre. When we arrived in Stockholm, we  （take）a bus to the hotel. Then we went out for dinner. We saw trees and flowers everywhere on the way to the restaurant. We felt like we were in a big forest.  a lovely city! 

The next day we visited the Vasa Museum. It's home to an old ship—the Vasa. Nothing was  （exciting）than it for my son, because visiting museums is （he）favourite. There were many visitors in front of the museum. We waited  a long time and felt a little tired. But  we went into the museum, we were all surprised. The ship looked very cool and beautiful. Then we took quite a few photos. 

The third day we went to a park in Stockholm. Lots of people were in the park. My son played with some  （child）there. I talked with their parents. My husband watched a chess game. I thought it was the best way （feel）Stockholm! 

It was a really （relax）trip. We all had a good time. 

This summer holiday was great for me. My parents took me and my brother  Paris. We flew there on July 16th  stayed at my aunt's house. The weather (be) very hot, almost 40℃. But there was (anything) interesting to see in Paris.

 On Monday, we visited Disneyland. I (meet) some cartoon characters like Minnie and Mickey. My little brother and I took many (photo) of them. It was fun! On Wednesday, we visited the Louvre Museum and I (real) liked it! I saw one of the most famous pictures—Mona Lisa in  world.

In the evening we walked along the Avenue des Champs-Elysees. It's a very beautiful street. My parents bought many gifts for

(them) friends. On Friday, we visited the Eiffel Tower. It was a good place (enjoy) the city from its observatories(观景台). When we were there, we were so excited!

Hangzhou, the capital city of Zhejiang Province, is thought to be (beautiful) city in the world. I always wanted to go there, and (luck), I got a chance this summer. My mum agreed (take) me there.

We went to Hangzhou by plane. As we know, Hangzhou is famous the West Lake, we went to the West Lake on the first day. It was fantastic! People living there told us that the West Lake was more beautiful on (rain) days. But we weren't sure about that. So if you are in Hangzhou, you can enjoy the beautiful sights for (you).

As one of China's six ancient capital (city), Hangzhou has a history of more than 2, 000 years. It is also home to silk and its silk products are well-known all over the world. So the next day we went to the old streets and (buy) different silk products for our family and friends. We really had good time there. I hope to visit Hangzhou again.

Jim and his family arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport at 7:00 p. m. They took a maglev train(磁悬浮列车) to their hotel on Longyang Road. The 30 km train ride only took 8 minutes. They were surprised at how fast the train was. After they got to their hotel, they had dinner and went to bed. They would spend three days traveling around Shanghai.

On the first day, they went to Yu Garden. Yu Garden has a history of over 400 years. They visited the wonderful world of old buildings, ponds and bridges. It was really amazing(令人惊叹的). They then bought some interesting things and ate lots of nice food at Yuyuan Market.

On the morning of the second day, they went to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. It is very big. They saw a lot of sea animals there. In the afternoon, they went to Shanghai Tower. It is so tall that Jim was a little afraid.

On the third day, they visited Shanghai Disney Resort. It opened on June 16, 2016. It's the sixth Disneyland in the world. They took rides, watched shows and took lots of nice photos there. At the end of their trip, they were tired but happy.

London Zoo is one of the top attractions in Britain and it is the world's (最古老的) scientific zoo. It was built over 180 years ago. Now it is run by the Zoological Society of London.

The zoo can be found in the heart of London. (虽然) it lies in the middle of the city, the zoo still has a large (数目) of animals to see, including lions, giraffes, tigers, (猴子) and so on. In fact, there are 750 different groups, making it one of the largest collections of animals in the UK.

The zoo is (分成) into many different areas, such as Lions and Tigers, where you can get very close to a family of beautiful but endangered big cats from Asia. These places are great fun to explore and help make it very (受欢迎的) with tourists from different parts of the world.

Shopping can also be done in the zoo. There are several places where you can buy food and drink. Gifts (两者) about the zoo and the city can be bought in many shops.

The best way to (到达) the zoo is to take the underground. As it is in the (北面) end of Regent's Park, it only takes ten minutes to walk (穿过) the park from Regent's Park Underground Station.

Yesterday, I went to Chaotian Palace Plaza. There were different stands where artists could demonstrate their skills and teach the visitors! It was an  experience for me.

What caught my attention first was , that is, making images out of paper. It was difficult, but a lot of fun! With help from the artist, I  to make one in the shape of a fish. Then I went into a section decorated  a traditional Chinese study, with two beautiful Chinese paintings of a pine tree and some bamboo hung . There was also an old man writing Chinese calligraphy: his writing was so free and elegant!

I travel a lot. Each month, I pack up my suitcase to hit the road, whether it could be by plane, train, or automobile. I always find myself with the same problem—how to stay healthy while traveling?

⒈ Move around.

Though only about 1 in 4, 500 airplane passengers develop a blood clot (血块), you should still make efforts to move around on the plane, just standing in the aisle or by taking a walk to the toilet. Have a layover (中途停留)? Instead of sitting, make sure to walk around the airport. Taking a road trip? Make plenty of stops to move around. Whether it is working out at your hotel, taking hikes, or giving up public transport to walk, you'll feel much better if you get in some activity.

⒉ Prepare snacks smartly.

Though these seem like a convenient choice, they're not the healthiest. I like to pack snacks that are within my calorie budget for the day and 100 calories or under each. When traveling and buying food, I try to choose fresh fruit and vegetables. Is fast food the only choice if you're very hungry? Stick to something simple and whatever you do, don't supersize.

Because of low humidity on planes, many of us can find ourselves feeling thirstier than ever. Drink more water. Make sure when traveling on day trips to carry water with you at all times. As a result, you will eat more healthily throughout the day.
