Paul Barton,a British,is now living in Thailand(泰国),he plays the piano for elephants. So far,he (own) nearly 700 thousand followers on YouTube. In his most watched video,a nearly﹣blind elephant named Ampan (calm) listens to him playing classical music.
Ampan is 80 years old and lives at Elephants World,which is organization to rescue elephants. There live over 30 elephants like Ampan. Before they were rescued,they(force) to perform for tourists. Now Elephants World provides these beautiful animals a comfortable sanctuary(庇护所). So for the rest of their lives,they can live a happy and (peace) life there.
Paul started to play the piano for elephants there from his (fifty) birthday. He talked the manager there into allowing him to bring a piano into the sanctuary. However,carrying a heavy piano was not as easy as he expected. It took him almost two (hour) to get the piano deep into the sanctuary in the wild.
"These elephants have worked for humans all their life and many are blind disabled,so I wanted to carry something heavy for them,"Paul said. "I saw elephants so hungry and eating all the time. But whenever I started playing, the elephants would stop (listen). We realised that this elephant,even in a world of darkness
