Maybe you feel like your friends have suddenly grown much taller than you. Maybe you're wondering if you can do anything to catch up. Eat a balanced diet. A person will look a lot shorter when having a fat body. Keeping fit by eating right will make you taller and feel better !

Walk around. If you can't find time to exercise, get up and walk around, Walk to the store, Walk to the library. Walk to school.
