About four years ago, I was on holiday and one day, one of my friends said, ' There's a bungee jumping place near here! Let's go!'I'd never done anything like that before, but I went anyway. I wish I hadn't gone! I was scared. I stood there with the rope round my ankle and I was really sweating. In the end, I just panicked and said, "I can't do this', so they took the rope off. My friend laughed and said, ' If only I'd taken a photo! That was so funny!'I felt really stupid.

Last year, I went to a beach park. There was a waterslide which was 41 meters high. It might sound like fun, but it was one of the most scary moments of my life. When I started to fall,  I thought, "▲" I was shaking the whole time. I still don't know how I did it, and I was crying for about fifteen minutes afterwards and I will never do that again, believe me.

When my older brother got married, he asked me if I'd make a speech at the wedding. I'd never done that before, but I said,' Sure, OK." Before the wedding, I thought of a few nice things to say and a couple of jokes. Easy! But on the day, just before I had to speak, I started to get nervous. I was biting my nails and everything. When I stood up, my mouth went dry and I even started to tremble(颤抖)! I stumbled through about two minutes of something and sat down again. Two years later, I did a course on public speaking. If only I'd thought of doing that before the wedding!

One year ago, we all went to a Mexican restaurant. It was my first time, so I didn't know anything about Mexican food. My friends told me about jalapeño peppers, and he persuaded me to try one. To be fair, he told me they were really powerful, and I was a bit anxious when I bit it. At first, it seemed OK, but then it exploded in my mouth! I started to breathe hard and I had to drink about a hundred glasses of water! That's something I won't do again.
