Many Chinese consumers ( 消 费 者 ) didn't hope that they could learn English when going shopping online, but the popular live-streaming (直播) by New Oriental (新东方) made it come true (实现) . 

Dong Yuhui, one of the teachers at New Oriental became the latest star on Douyin. There were about 108, 000 people in the online studio on Friday, with sales hitting 15. 34 million yuan. For example, when Dong sold rice,he also introduced the English word "rice", and how to use "rice" in a phrase or a sentence. In this way, Dong sold more than 6700 bags of rice in just a few minutes. The way of teaching English and selling things made young people    show great interest in it. They wrote in the comment section (评论区) , saying it seemed to send them back to class at New Oriental. 

Yu Minhong, the company's leader, also showed in the studio (演播室) , selling things with the teachers or hosts. So far,the studio has had about 2.5 million followers. On the evening of December 28, 2021, Yu just had the first live streaming of agricultural products (农产品) on Douyin. But it set his studio "on fire" in less than a week. Yu talked about selling products in two languages, and he said this was a very important change for New Oriental. "They have changed from being teachers to being live-streaming hosts, who keep teaching English, because of consumers' support, "Yu said.

Three Chinese astronauts of the Shenzhou XIII spaceship finished their six-month space station mission (空间站任务) and went back to Earth on Saturday.

When the three astronauts came out of the capsule (航天舱) , they looked well and waved (挥手) to people. "Welcome back home, "people said happily. They used their cameras to capture the important moment (时刻) .

    Wales is one of the countries in Britain and the United Kingdom. It's a small country in the southwest of the UK with England to the east.
