When you plan your week, you should make a list of things that you have to do. After you make this list, you should make a schedule (时刻表) of your time. 

Look around the house for a good study area. Keep the space, which may be a desk or simply a corner of your room. Keep away from everything but study materials (材料). 

Put the class time to good use to listen to everything that teachers say. Taking notes will help you remember teachers' words. 

At home, prepare for the important points that your teacher will discuss. If you do it regularly (有规律地), you will remember them longer. 

The purpose of a test is to check what you have learned. The world won't end if you don't pass a test, so don't be over worried.

Enough time of rest（休息）. Don't stay up! Students usually go to bed at 10: 00. There is a famous saying, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise. " It tells us enough time of rest is important.

How to be Outgoing

If you think you are too shy and want to be a little outgoing, try the following. You can make it. 

There's no need to hide it. When they get to know you are a shy kid, they'll understand you better. This also helps you feel more comfortable when talking with others.

Smile to others so they will think you are friendly and easy to talk to. Remember that other people have feelings too and most people will stay away from an angry-looking face. 

Try to start a conversation. If you find it hard to do so, say something nice about people around you. Think about how great you feel when someone says something nice to you. Doesn't it make you want to keep talking to those people?

Don't waste time worrying about your looks or if people like you. Think more about ways to enjoy the party or the game.

Each time after you say "hi" to someone for the first time, say to yourself "You did it!" or it could be something bigger, like buying yourself an ice-cream.

Keep trying and one day you won't be "shy" anymore when you talk to others.

Most people learn the importance of the magic words "please" and "thank you" at a very early age. Here are some of the most common expressions.

Please. This is one of those words that can show good manners. Any time you ask for something, it's always a good idea to add this word to soften(变温和) the request.

Thank you. When someone does something nice for you or gives you a gift, you should always say "Thank you", even if it' s something you dislike.

Excuse me. This expression is used when you are asking forgiveness(原谅) for leaving the table ,coughing, or troubling somebody.

May I…? The expression "May I…?" puts you on the same side as the person you are speaking to. For example, when you say" May I read that book?" you give the person a chance to share what he is reading.

Pardon me. This expression can be exchanged with" Excuse me＂. But the expression "Pardon me" sounds more formal(正式的).

Polite language is always helpful. Why not use it? Speaking to others politely won't make others unhappy. It might actually help you make a few friends and help you go ahead in different situations.

Mr. Chips is a lovely old man. He always has a smile on his face. He always says a kind word to everyone. Mr. Chips loves his garden, where he grows flowers and vegetables. Everyone likes Mr. Chips.

Xu Yuanchong is a famous Chinese modern translator. Born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province in 1921, he studied Qian Zhongshu, Wu Mi and other Chinese masters at The National Southwest Associated University. He went to University of Paris for _ study after graduating from Tsinghua University.

Over the course of a translation career (生涯) lasting more than seventy years, Xu has translated about 120 works, .

The Book of Songs, The Songs of Chu and The Red and the Black, with a _ focus on poetry (诗歌). On Saturday morning, Tom Sawyer had to paint his aunt's fence (栅栏). Tom looked at the thirty meters of wide fence and felt bad. He thought of the fun he had planned for the day. Soon the free boys would go out to play, and they would laugh at him for having to work. He felt even worse.

Once upon a time, （ success ）animated films  in China were based on traditional Chinese stories. Monkey King, Hero Is Back and Ne Zha ( be)  good examples. But I Am What I Am is different. This film tells a wonderful and realistic story.

The film follows Ah Juan and his two friends. All of them are left-behind children in a village in Guangdong province. After meeting with excellent lion dancer, they decide to take part in a lion dance (compete). They begin to train hard under a retired lion dancer.

Sun Haipeng is the (direct) of I Am What I Am. It (take) his team two years to make the film. Sun was glad that audiences all ages loved the film. "Both its story and its visual effects(视觉效果) are amazing. That's the reason we like it," a fifteen-year-old teenager told us when he went out of the cinema. Some even called it the "animated film of the year". People were (move) by the "Never Give Up" spirit and the traditional Chinese culture.

I Am What I Am opens up a new world for Chinese animated films. It shows us more possibilities for a great film. And through the story of Ah Juan and his friends, it also inspires us to become a (good) person and work harder to achieve our goals. Let's dream big and leap high with these young lion dancers!
